Network Marketing for Women in Real Estate

According to the Direct Selling Association, women make up 82% of the majority of the network marketing industry. Men are usually the ones in the spotlight so this figure is not always clear as to how big women’s influence is on the industry. The industry not only includes products and services but property as well.

The network marketing industry is a $30 billion industry. In addition, women make most of the buying decisions in many families. Therefore, it is no wonder that the industry is booming right now. It is also no wonder that women in real estate use networking to get their sales leads.

The success of a network depends on customers, which equal sales. In the past, many would focus on getting leads and not on getting sales. Networking for women has brought about a change and that change is focused on customers and building a sales base as a foundation for their network. This makes for a more stable and positive way of bringing in new leads to their business.

Networking is part of what women do; they socialize and build relationships, not just sell. A real estate networking group for women can be very profitable to the woman who are part of it. Real estate career women are successful women because of their networking. How is your network?
